Assists automobile customers online and by phone during purchase research, builds customer relationships, answers incoming calls, performs receptionist duties, and schedules appointments with sales departments. Requires strong customer service and computer skills, with a high school diploma or GED. Prior retail sales, call center, or automotive experience is beneficial but not required.
