Teams at Mill

Supports hardware systems engineering for consumer products through system design, validation, test setup development, troubleshooting, prototyping, and performance analysis. The intern collaborates with firmware and product design teams, uses hardware components, lab equipment, and CAD tools, and helps mature designs for mass production. The role also involves manufacturing processes, material selection, rapid prototyping, simulation, thermal analysis, statistical methods, and design for high-volume manufacturing.

Manage Mill’s order-to-cash and revenue accounting processes, including monthly revenue calculations, journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, sales tax compliance, margin analysis, and internal controls. Review contracts and technical accounting documentation, support financial statement audits and ERP implementation, and collaborate with Finance, Product, Data, IT, Legal, and Business Development teams on new revenue streams and go-to-market initiatives.

Support the design and validation of consumer products through CAD modeling, prototyping, testing, documentation, and engineering builds. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues and advance designs toward mass production. Gain hands-on experience with hardware components, lab equipment, tooling, manufacturing processes, and design validation.
