Manage three concurrent marketing workstreams: a national retail pilot, holiday campaign execution, and marketing partnerships. Lead in-store activation, assisted selling, store engagement, retail media campaigns, creative briefs, cross-functional coordination, budget and timeline management, and partnership execution. Report performance to executive audiences while navigating retailer constraints, agency and vendor relationships, influencer programs, and community partnerships.

Lead technical design and delivery of full‑stack web applications. Write and maintain high‑quality code across frontend and backend, design scalable APIs, use AI‑assisted development tools, mentor junior engineers, run code reviews, champion testing and CI/CD, and collaborate with product and hardware teams to troubleshoot and optimize production systems.

Design, build, and run electromechanical test fixtures and measurement systems to validate product functionality and reliability. Integrate sensors and DAQ, collaborate with firmware/algorithms/mechanical teams, analyze and visualize test data, document procedures, create reports, and troubleshoot field issues to inform design improvements.
