Coordinates safety and compliance activities across multiple locations, including employee training, certifications, incident follow-up, contractor and customer documentation, post-accident testing, and safety records. The role maintains compliance systems, supports policy development, identifies upcoming requirements, resolves overdue items, and helps standardize safety processes. It requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, confidentiality, and administrative skills.

Coordinates inbound, interbranch, and outbound logistics; monitors inventory movement, delivery schedules, provider performance, freight spend, documentation, invoices, and logistics KPIs. Works with procurement, warehouses, branches, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and compliance. The role requires customer service, data analysis, inventory management, shipping documentation, occasional branch and yard visits, on-call availability, driving, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Conducts technical training for employees and customers on HDPE fusion, squeeze-off, electrofusion, safety, and related procedures. Updates training materials, administers tests and evaluations, maintains certification records, and provides feedback. Maintains training equipment and assists field operations, mobilization, and equipment transport. Requires public speaking, hands-on technical work, vehicle and forklift operation, outdoor jobsite work, occasional overnight travel, and rotating on-call availability.
