The Senior Compensation Analyst administers, audits, and improves compensation programs, including salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity, merit, bonus, and variable pay programs. Responsibilities include analyzing market data, ensuring legal compliance, evaluating job classifications and FLSA status, managing compensation data in Workday, supporting budgets, and recommending pay adjustments. The role partners with HR and stakeholders, leads compensation projects, and provides training and reporting.

Supports the Finance and Revenue team with law firm billing activities, including preparing and editing proformas, documenting expenses, processing refunds, monitoring unbilled and unpaid accounts, and responding to billing inquiries. The role coordinates with attorneys, clients, timekeepers, collections, and finance personnel, maintains billing protocols and compliance with client and firm policies, and assists with ad hoc projects.

Provides advanced technical and operational support for electronic discovery and litigation workflows. Processes ESI, manages Relativity databases, prepares productions and privilege logs, performs quality control, supports document review, troubleshoots applications, coordinates vendors, and provides deposition and trial technology support. The role also trains junior analysts and case teams, maintains chain-of-custody records, assists with system upgrades, and supports confidential litigation matters, including occasional evening, weekend, and travel requirements.
