Leads clinic sales operations by consulting with clients, selling laser hair removal treatment packages, managing the sales cycle, analyzing KPIs, and driving revenue. Coaches and develops a team of two to five employees, builds customer relationships, promotes referrals and reviews, supports financing options, and ensures excellent service while managing scheduling and sales-tracking systems.

The Assistant Sales Manager leads clinic sales performance, conducts personalized client consultations, recommends treatment packages and add-on services, and supports financing discussions. The role also handles appointments, client records, calls, transactions, opening and closing duties, and administrative support. During the clinic manager’s absence, this position leads daily operations, maintains customer service standards, and supports the medical team.
