Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, advising hiring managers, conducting structured interviews, presenting recommendations, managing candidate communications, and using recruiting technology and data to improve hiring outcomes. The role requires strong relationship-building, organization, communication, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, metrics-focused environment.

Lead a sales team of two to five employees while driving revenue, conversions, customer retention, and treatment-package sales. Conduct laser hair removal consultations, manage the full sales cycle, analyze KPIs, use financing options, cultivate referrals and reviews, and coach team members. Deliver excellent customer service, address treatment questions, manage scheduling and sales-tracking systems, and protect confidential information.

Leads clinic sales performance by conducting personalized client consultations, recommending treatment packages and add-on services, and achieving sales KPIs. Supports financing discussions and client relationship building while assisting with appointments, records, calls, transactions, opening and closing duties, and treatment-room upkeep. Provides day-to-day team leadership and maintains service standards when the clinic manager is absent.
