Lead student retention and satisfaction efforts including orientations, complaint resolution, and support through externships. Ensure accreditation benchmarks and exam pass rates are met, maintain campus facilities and complaint logs, oversee Gold Team, assist with LOA/session changes/withdrawals, collaborate with Career Services, Compliance, Registrar, and Campus Director on committees and reporting, and maintain student resources.
