Manage daily rental department operations, including staff supervision, hiring, scheduling, customer service, reservations, insurance verification, payments, accounts receivable, reporting, and communication with Accounting and fleet leasing clients. Serve as backup for rental employees and help prepare vehicles for rental while ensuring efficient processes and strong customer experiences.

Prepares and reviews financial statements, manages accounts payable and receivable, performs variance analysis and forecasting, supports budgeting, coordinates audits, maintains internal controls, oversees fixed asset accounting, and assists with tax compliance. The role also analyzes costs, improves accounting procedures, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support accurate reporting and informed business decisions.

Maintains vehicle data, specifications, pricing, quoting tools, contract revisions, and vehicle orders. Builds vehicle specifications and upfit configurations, obtains vendor quotes, processes quote acceptance, and communicates updates to internal and external clients. Provides vehicle recommendations, supports quoting accuracy, attends manufacturer presentations, and serves as the primary resource for vehicle specification and pricing questions.
