Lead delivery of complex defence projects: create and maintain plans, schedules, budgets and risk logs; manage stakeholders, risks, issues and dependencies; coordinate cross-functional teams; drive governance, reporting and continuous improvement; support adoption of PM best practices and client relationships.

Manage project schedules, monitor progress and KPIs, identify risks, control budgets and forecasts, and optimise project management tools (ERP, Primavera P6, MS Project). Provide performance reporting, stakeholder support, and travel as required.
