Coordinate refrigerated freight loads through third-party carriers, ensuring capacity, competitive pricing, on-time pickup and delivery, accurate tracking, and timely documentation. The role develops carrier relationships, negotiates rates and accessorials, manages order entry and status updates, supports billing documentation, and collaborates with sales, management, and logistics teams to maintain service quality and profitability.

Provides bilingual English-Spanish HR support across two locations, including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, personnel records, benefits, workers’ compensation, training, performance management, leave coordination, employee assistance, policy administration, and HR initiatives. Maintains compliance with employment laws, supports employee inquiries, updates organizational information, and assists with special projects.

Manages companywide HR programs, benefits administration, performance reviews, retention strategies, HR metrics, compliance practices, HR systems, and project initiatives across multiple locations. The role coordinates resources, improves workflows and service delivery, supports training and employee relations, and partners with HR leadership and business leaders to implement organizational priorities.
