Monitor and facilitate 24/7 radiology workflow for hospitals, clinics, and radiologists. Assign and track exams, communicate with physicians/technologists, page on-call radiologists for emergent cases, document and escalate issues, and support quality and turnaround-time requirements while using multiple computer systems and phone communication.

Provide front-desk and clerical support: greet guests, answer and route phones, sort mail, type correspondence and reports, maintain records, use office equipment and Microsoft Office, assist public and staff, and perform related administrative duties.

Perform CT exams and assist physicians with procedures following established protocols. Obtain patient history, prepare records and paperwork, ensure image quality, provide patient education and care, collaborate with radiologists and clinics, and assist with training, supplies, and other departmental duties.
