Sell and promote Midwest Hose products to commercial and heavy-industrial customers (oil & gas, mining, construction). Prospect, develop, and expand accounts, collaborate with inside sales and warehouse staff to fulfill orders, and track/report sales performance. Meet sales and profitability goals while delivering on-the-ground customer support.

Territory-based outside sales role selling hydraulics, hose, fittings, and fluid transfer solutions to heavy industrial customers. Prospect and close new business, manage existing accounts, coordinate with inside sales/warehouse, meet sales targets, and report results. Requires industry-specific sales experience and hands-on customer support in sectors like oil & gas, mining, and construction.

Oversee outbound shipping operations, supervise shipping staff, coordinate company trucks and carriers, ensure accurate paperwork, resolve shipping discrepancies, track costs, and implement process improvements to maintain timely deliveries and warehouse safety.

Program, set up, and operate CNC tube bending machines; develop and modify G-code/CAD/CAM programs; fabricate from drawings; select tooling and fixtures; inspect parts to tolerance; maintain safe, clean workspace and meet production requirements.
