Program, set up, adjust, and operate CNC tube bending machinery to fabricate metal parts from drawings, blueprints, samples, and instructions. Write and modify G-code programs, select tooling and fixtures, develop layouts, inspect parts against specifications and tolerances, and maintain equipment and a safe work area. The role requires physical warehouse work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional additional hours to complete orders.

Sell and promote Midwest Hose products and services to existing and prospective customers, especially oil-field clients. Build customer relationships, generate and follow up on leads, meet sales and profitability goals, support store operations, maintain merchandising standards, provide customer service, report sales data, and develop initiatives to expand market share. The role also includes mentoring staff, addressing customer and employee issues, and providing on-the-ground sales support.

Sell, prospect, and service commercial and industrial customers for Midwest Hose; build customer relationships, meet sales goals, cross-sell products, support orders with inside sales and warehouse, maintain store standards, track sales data, and provide on-the-ground customer support at oilfield and local field locations.

Sell and promote Midwest Hose products to commercial and heavy-industrial customers (oil & gas, mining, construction). Prospect, develop, and expand accounts, collaborate with inside sales and warehouse staff to fulfill orders, and track/report sales performance. Meet sales and profitability goals while delivering on-the-ground customer support.

Provide administrative support for recruiting from application through onboarding: communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, maintain applicant tracking (Paycom), prepare offers and onboarding paperwork, coordinate pre-employment checks, and support HR projects and recruiting events.
