Manages biweekly payroll, full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, HR records, employee engagement events, and HR projects. Ensures accurate personnel documentation, supports compliance with employment laws and data privacy requirements, and serves as a resource for employees throughout the employment lifecycle.

Provides supervised and autonomous clinical care in ENT and related settings, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, procedures, injections, suturing, patient education, documentation, triage, emergency response, hospital rounding, and surgical assistance. Requires collaboration with physicians, participation in hospital call, and continuity of care across clinic and hospital environments.
