Leads enterprise Deposit, Retail, Payment, and Product Operations for a regulated community bank. The role drives operational strategy, transformation, process optimization, scalability, governance, risk management, audit readiness, automation, AI adoption, and data-driven performance management. Responsibilities include developing high-performing teams, preparing operations for new products and payment capabilities, partnering with Technology, Risk, Marketing, Retail, and Sales, and advising executive leadership on operational and regulatory matters.

Leads enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, profitability analysis, and strategic decision support. Builds and scales the FP&A function, implements and administers a modern planning platform, establishes KPIs and reporting routines, ensures data governance and integrity, partners with executives and business leaders, and develops the FP&A team. Banking or financial-services expertise is preferred, particularly in balance-sheet planning, net interest margin, funding, and profitability analysis.

Analyzes borrower financial statements, cash flow, creditworthiness, repayment capacity, collateral, and risk ratings for commercial lending. Supports loan approvals, renewals, amendments, portfolio monitoring, financial statement compliance, and credit reviews. Requires strong accounting, financial analysis, communication, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
