Supports daily center operations by managing office administration, scheduling, client referrals and paperwork, insurance authorizations, billing approvals, staff onboarding, hiring support, audits, and family communications. Maintains EMR systems and staff devices, coordinates assignments, processes timesheets and PTO, supports workers’ compensation documentation, and collaborates with operations leadership on budgets and billable hours.
