Provides administrative support to the Vice President of Athletics and athletics department by managing calendars, communications, files, scheduling, compliance records, budgets, invoices, events, data entry, and special projects. Serves as a primary contact for coaches, student-athletes, parents, and visitors while handling confidential information and supporting daily departmental operations.

Develops and teaches graduate and undergraduate business courses in face-to-face and online formats. Advises students, serves on committees, participates in campus life, collaborates with colleagues, and maintains currency in the field. Research is encouraged but not required. The role supports MBA and business administration programs, with potential expertise in entrepreneurship or finance.
