Provide broad HR support with emphasis on compensation: recruit, benefits, payroll data entry/QA, employee relations, training, HRIS (Workday) reporting, LMS maintenance, job evaluations, compliance (BSA), insurance/COBRA reconciliation, FMLA and workers' comp coordination, record management, policy drafting, and HR projects. Occasional travel and on-site work may be required; confidentiality is essential.

Design, implement, and facilitate learning and organizational development programs across modalities (ILT, virtual, eLearning). Manage projects end-to-end, develop course content using authoring tools, maintain LMS, assess program effectiveness, partner with subject-matter experts, support vendor evaluation, and travel occasionally for training and team meetings.

Acquire, retain, and grow small business clients through outside sales, networking, and community engagement. Build pipelines, open and manage accounts, analyze financials and credit, originate loans, ensure underwriting and documentation accuracy, manage portfolio risk and delinquencies, track activity in CRM, ensure regulatory compliance (BSA), and collaborate with internal partners.
