Administers employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, insurance, FMLA, leave, enrollment, compliance, payroll deductions, invoices, and vendor relationships. Maintains benefits data and files in Dayforce and other HRIS platforms, troubleshoots enrollment and file-feed issues, supports audits and testing, develops employee communications, assists with claims and inquiries, and delivers benefits training and presentations.

Provides end-user systems administration and technical support for desktop hardware, software, VDI, Citrix, peripherals, profiles, licenses, and version management. Installs, integrates, tests, and maintains systems while supporting change management, disaster recovery, backups, patching, and incident resolution. Collaborates with hospital staff, supports 24/7 operations, documents solutions, contributes to projects, and ensures compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Distributes routine and STAT supplies to nursing units and ancillary departments, maintains PAR-level inventory, replenishes central supply areas, fulfills requisitions, processes equipment requests, and completes cleaning and outdate assignments. Accurately records supply transactions in the Materials Management Inventory System to maintain inventory levels, update records, and allocate charges. Requires basic computer and inventory-control knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds depending on staff classification.
