The Staff Software Engineer will lead technical solutions and architectural reviews, mentor engineers, and drive the development of scalable healthcare products.

Own and grow strategic channel partnerships (health plans, benefits consultants, TPAs) to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. Lead partner onboarding, activation plans, performance reporting, cross-functional execution, and executive stakeholder engagement to translate partnerships into measurable business outcomes.

Lead architecture and full‑stack engineering across teams, drive infrastructure upgrades, craft scalable Django/React products, establish best practices for CI/CD and testing, partner with leadership and clinical stakeholders, and mentor engineers to deliver reliable healthcare solutions.
