Teams at Middletown Hotel Management

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public and employee areas (restrooms, pool, lobby, hallways). Sweep, mop, vacuum, restock supplies, collect trash, report maintenance or safety issues, and assist housekeeping staff as needed.

Drives hotel revenue by selling rooms, catering, packages, lounge and restaurant promotions. Solicits and qualifies accounts through outside and telephone sales, negotiates rates, conducts property tours, coordinates client requirements with hotel departments, maintains sales documentation, participates in sales meetings and blitzes, entertains clients, and meets monthly booking and budget goals. Travel to local and national seminars or functions may be required.
