Supports integrated marketing campaigns, content creation, market research, campaign reporting, brand awareness initiatives, events, partner outreach, and marketing team administration. Creates content for social media, email, blogs, and promotional materials while maintaining campaign trackers and calendars. Assists with competitor research, customer preference analysis, event logistics, and campaign execution across digital and offline channels.

Supports recruitment, employee onboarding, HR records, employee engagement, reporting, documentation, internal communications, and general HR administration. The role requires strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, confidentiality, organization, communication, analytical ability, and willingness to learn.

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, promote UAE residential and commercial properties, understand client needs, coordinate meetings and viewings, maintain CRM records, conduct follow-ups, and build client relationships while meeting calling and sales KPIs.
