Oversees maintenance operations for buildings and infrastructure, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while supervising staff and managing resources.

The Academic Advisor provides holistic advising, communicates with students, assists with program completion, and coordinates information sessions.

Administers employee benefits programs including enrollments, terminations, COBRA, pension/retirement (EPIC), FSA, medical/dental, and reimbursements. Serves as primary employee contact for benefits, coordinates onboarding/separation, liaises with payroll, carriers, brokers, and vendors, assists with open enrollment communications, and maintains benefits documentation and HR webpages.
