Teams at Middlesex College

Provide frontline customer service assisting students with enrollment functions; enter, verify, and research student records in the college ERP; perform cashiering and document imaging tasks; respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person; support other enrollment staff; attend meetings and perform other assigned duties.

Leads administration of the college's benefits program, ensuring federal and New Jersey compliance. Manages retirement, medical, disability, COBRA, leaves, open enrollment, ADA accommodations, wellness/EAP, and serves as liaison with NJ pension/insurance partners. Supervises Benefits Coordinator and supports payroll coordination.

The Associate Director – ERP oversees the ERP system at Middlesex College, ensuring stability, integration, and optimization while collaborating with departments and managing projects.
