Provides frontline enrollment support to students by researching and updating records, assisting with assessments and class registration, answering inquiries, conducting outreach, managing electronic documents, and performing cashiering duties. The role requires three years of customer service experience and a high school diploma, with student services experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Oversees enrollment services operations, including front-counter support, contact center activities, document processing, scheduling, and staff supervision. Maintains student records and database integrity, processes immunization records, resolves duplicate records and residency or billing questions, and investigates suspicious student data. Participates in system testing, troubleshoots issues, improves procedures, and maintains standard operating procedure documentation for imaging and integration systems.

Oversees maintenance operations for buildings and infrastructure, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while supervising staff and managing resources.
