Middlesex College Benefits Overview

Provides executive instructional leadership and administrative oversight for multiple business-related academic programs. Responsibilities include supervising faculty and staff, managing departmental budgets and grants, scheduling courses, overseeing curriculum and assessment, supporting accreditation, monitoring student success, developing institutional partnerships, and engaging community advisory committees. The chairperson also advises the division dean on facilities, enrollment, staffing, and strategic planning matters.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for total rewards and employee development within the College’s Human Resources office. Oversees benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, HRIS, performance management, training, and employee lifecycle processes. Supervises HR staff and pension administration, ensures compliance with employment laws and collective bargaining agreements, manages vendors and benefits programs, and supports HR operations in the Executive Director’s absence.

Oversees maintenance operations for buildings and infrastructure, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance while supervising staff and managing resources.
