The Senior Electrical Engineer will develop processes to support the electric grid, analyze system conditions, and design future processes for MISO.

Support MISO operators and neighboring RTOs by coordinating seams processes (AFC, IDC, NNL, flowgates), maintaining transmission congestion and coordination, and contributing to process improvements. Work with power systems modeling tools, build relationships across operations and markets, communicate effectively, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Role requires independent, accurate delivery and collaboration on cross-team projects.
