Directs university human resources, payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, staff development, risk management, and HR communications. Oversees HR and payroll staff, manages budgets and vendors, administers performance and benefits programs, ensures legal and payroll compliance, coordinates workers’ compensation and insurance matters, and supports university-wide employee and risk initiatives.

Direct and coordinate the university’s Pioneer Trek and Global Missions projects, supporting faculty-led academic and service initiatives. Responsibilities include project planning, course integration, student participation, onboarding, logistics, scheduling, communications, documentation, progress monitoring, data collection, outcome reporting, and promotion of opportunities to faculty and students. The role collaborates with university partners, administrators, international partners, and the Nazarene Global Missions team.

The role involves teaching and evaluating nursing students, developing curriculum, advising students, and participating in faculty committees and professional development activities.
