Provides administrative and operational support to a university technology division. Responsibilities include purchasing and vendor coordination, budget and invoice tracking, student worker administration, technology support intake and ticket entry, meeting coordination, documentation management, and executive support for the CIO. The role also handles confidential communications, schedules, divisional projects, and liaison activities across the university.

Teach broadly across commercial music, including production, technology, entrepreneurship, performance, songwriting, theory, and history. Lead development of the new B.A. in Commercial Music by shaping curriculum, building industry and community partnerships, developing internships, recruiting students, and expanding experiential learning opportunities. Collaborate with faculty, professional musicians, churches, studios, arts organizations, and other partners while integrating Christian faith into teaching and professional practice.

Directs university human resources, payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, staff development, risk management, and HR communications. Oversees HR and payroll staff, manages budgets and vendors, administers performance and benefits programs, ensures legal and payroll compliance, coordinates workers’ compensation and insurance matters, and supports university-wide employee and risk initiatives.
