Manages supplier accounts payable activities, including invoice production, EDI batch auditing, check runs, account reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, vendor setup, and claims or credits. Maintains supplier relationships, ensures accurate and timely payments, supports accounting processes under GAAP, and assists with process improvement and special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, data-entry accuracy, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Leads the full HR agenda for an on-site distribution center, including employee relations, investigations, workforce planning, recruiting, compliance, HR operations, safety partnership, workers’ compensation, retention, leadership development, and culture. Advises facility leadership using workforce metrics, manages employment-law compliance, supports multi-shift operations, and drives change management, engagement, and cost-containment initiatives.

Processes end-to-end payroll, including wages, deductions, tax withholdings, audits, and compliance. Manages payroll and benefits accounting, tax submissions, financial close, FP&A activities, reporting, and employee support. Coordinates benefits and 401(k) administration, supports annual company and plan audits, and partners with HR, management, service providers, and corporate teams. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, regulatory knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities.
