Leads the full HR agenda for an on-site distribution center, including employee relations, investigations, workforce planning, recruiting, compliance, HR operations, safety partnership, workers’ compensation, retention, leadership development, and culture. Advises facility leadership using workforce metrics, manages employment-law compliance, supports multi-shift operations, and drives change management, engagement, and cost-containment initiatives.

Processes end-to-end payroll, including wages, deductions, tax withholdings, audits, and compliance. Manages payroll and benefits accounting, tax submissions, financial close, FP&A activities, reporting, and employee support. Coordinates benefits and 401(k) administration, supports annual company and plan audits, and partners with HR, management, service providers, and corporate teams. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, regulatory knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for farm, ranch, and pet brands. Responsibilities include brand positioning, annual planning, integrated campaigns, packaging, digital content, paid media, retail activation, performance analysis, and collaboration with category management, merchandising, suppliers, creative teams, and member retailers. The role manages multiple brands and initiatives, coordinates workflows in Monday.com, and presents campaign results and recommendations to leadership.
