Coordinates daily precast concrete production schedules, readiness, reporting, job closeout, shipping, yard loading, field materials, equipment, and installation packets. Maintains EliPlan records, prepares production documentation, identifies schedule conflicts, tracks product and equipment availability, and communicates changes across production, engineering, quality, project management, shipping, yard, accounting, and field teams.

Oversee IT operations across five locations, including help desk support, systems administration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor management, budgeting, and technology projects. Manage servers, networks, cloud systems, user access, backups, disaster recovery, security tools, and compliance activities. Lead IT team members, establish standards and policies, troubleshoot complex issues, improve technology processes, and coordinate implementations while ensuring reliable, secure, and consistent services for employees.

Inspect and audit precast concrete products for quality, safety, dimensions, tolerances, and construction-standard compliance. Use measuring tools, document results, analyze test data, identify discrepancies, recommend corrective actions, and collaborate with production and construction teams to resolve quality issues. Assist with improving quality control processes and product reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
