The Feed Mill Lead oversees daily operations, ensures feed quality, trains staff, manages inventory, and maintains safety standards.

As an Operations Specialist, you will assist with grain and feed management, including loading, unloading, equipment maintenance, and maintaining safety standards while providing excellent customer service.

Manage all grain elevator operations including receiving, testing, grading, drying, blending, maintenance, safety, bookkeeping, scale operations, inventory, and sales of feed, petroleum and agronomy products. Supervise staff, ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer service while maintaining equipment and completing assigned projects.
