Sell and market bulk petroleum and related products to grow market share, maintain customer satisfaction, meet sales and margin goals, coordinate equipment installation, ensure accurate invoicing and reporting, follow safety and regulatory requirements, and complete assigned projects and training.

Provide consultative agronomy and sales services to growers across an assigned territory, promoting crop nutrients, crop protection, seed, and precision-ag products. Deliver timely agronomic recommendations, grow market share and customer base, manage product performance and credit compliance, complete required documentation and reports, support cross-sales and financing tools, attend trainings, and follow safety and maintenance procedures.

Manage agronomy operations across assigned locations, supervising spray rig operators and tender truck drivers. Oversee sales of seed, chemical, and fertilizer products; inventory control; equipment maintenance; application quality; regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA, EPA); employee training, hiring, and performance management; budgeting; and safety programs. Provide agronomic recommendations, support field marketing, and complete manager-assigned projects.
