Manages grain elevator operations, maintenance, safety, grain quality, drying, inventory, and shipping. Supervises and trains employees, maintains equipment, handles agronomy products and NH3 equipment, supports customers, enforces credit policies, and completes reporting and billing. Requires agricultural expertise, equipment maintenance knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to obtain grain fumigation and CDL HazMat credentials.

Handles grain, feed, fertilizer, equipment, and tank loading and unloading at an agricultural elevator. Operates and maintains elevator machinery, inspects and manages stored grain, loads trucks and rail cars, performs facility and vehicle maintenance, follows OSHA and safety requirements, and provides customer service. The role requires outdoor work, physical lifting, climbing, and obtaining a 7B Fumigation License.

Operate and maintain grain elevator, handle grain, feed and fertilizer loading/unloading, perform equipment maintenance and housekeeping, follow safety and regulatory procedures, obtain required fumigation license, and provide excellent customer service.
