Provides part-time owner’s representative and technical advisory support for residential and small-scale construction projects. Responsibilities include property assessments, scope development, bid and material review, construction site oversight, quality and safety checks, technical guidance, invoice verification, punch-list support, and project closeout. The consultant must evaluate multiple building trades, identify risks and scope deviations, communicate corrective actions clearly, and collaborate with contractors while maintaining project standards.

Leads communications strategy, content development, public relations, digital presence, graphic design, social media, impact reporting, and funder communications. Oversees HubSpot CRM, Asana workflows, IT and administrative systems, events, and process improvements. Manages the Operations & HR Manager and part-time staff while coordinating communications infrastructure across programs. The role requires strong writing, project management, design, CRM, digital marketing, organizational, and collaboration skills, plus commitment to environmental justice.
