Support CNC machining process development for precision components used in aerospace, defense, medical, scientific, and communications applications. Responsibilities include operating CNC mills and lathes, assisting with CAM programming, tooling selection, machine setup, machining and finishing, dimensional inspection, workflow improvement, and process documentation. The intern will collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production teams while developing hands-on machining skills in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Leads MPP’s global engineering, quality, and international trade compliance organization of 40+ professionals. Sets engineering strategy, oversees product development, NPI, testing, qualification, innovation, budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Partners with executives, customers, sales, operations, and finance to improve product quality, margins, compliance, and delivery. Develops engineering talent, drives modernization and change management, supports customer requirements, and builds partnerships that strengthen long-term technical capabilities.

Lead quality assurance for mission-critical RF and microwave manufacturing. Responsibilities include designing QA protocols, developing inspection and testing methods, analyzing production data, reviewing technical documentation, conducting audits, assigning corrective actions, evaluating defects and rework, supporting review boards, troubleshooting quality issues, and driving continuous improvement across engineering and production teams.

Supervise daily RF and complex electronics manufacturing activities, leading technicians, assemblers, and test personnel. Assign work, monitor production schedules, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, enforce safety and quality standards, and track performance metrics. Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve assembly methods, workflow, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery. Coach and develop team members while supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides hands-on production-floor engineering support by troubleshooting manufacturing defects, process variation, material issues, tooling, and mechanical assemblies. Investigates root causes, evaluates materials and specialized processes, implements corrective actions, improves yield and quality, develops process documentation, supports qualifications and audits, and collaborates with Quality, Product Engineering, Purchasing, suppliers, operators, and technicians on manufacturing improvement projects.

Design, test, manufacture, and improve Coupled Cavity Traveling Wave Tubes and related components. Support RF, mechanical, and vacuum system development; manage projects from concept through production; improve manufacturability, reliability, yield, cost, and processes; and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program teams during pilot builds and production transitions.

Design and develop high-power gyrotrons and vacuum electronic components from concept through production. Responsibilities include analytical modeling, hardware development, testing, risk mitigation, technical documentation, manufacturing transition, cost estimation, and technical leadership. The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and customer-facing teams in an onsite laboratory and production environment.

Leads production planning, master scheduling, MRP, materials planning, and capacity coordination across multiple business units. Releases finished-good work orders, manages schedule attainment, coordinates component availability, oversees NPI planning, and analyzes excess and obsolete inventory. Supervises planners, establishes performance KPIs, trains staff, monitors department performance, and develops corrective action plans while partnering with procurement, operations, and business-unit leaders.

Partners with business unit leaders to analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making. Develops forecasts, financial models, KPI dashboards, and management reports; investigates variances; supports annual planning, audits, controls, and continuous improvement. The role also gradually assumes accounting responsibilities including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and balance sheet reviews within a manufacturing finance organization.
