Teams at Microstrategy

The Principal Software Engineer will lead technical initiatives, design scalable backend services, implement React features, and mentor engineers in performance optimization and cloud integration workflows.

Provide day-to-day management and support of cloud infrastructure and the Strategy platform, including maintenance, incident response, change implementation, troubleshooting, and documentation. Collaborate with technology teams and participate in scheduled on-call coverage.

Administer sales compensation processes, including commission calculations, validations, payouts, quota distribution, and compensation plan rollouts. Reconcile data across Salesforce, Xactly, and Workday while partnering with HR to maintain accurate systems. Analyze commissions, sales performance, forecasting, pricing, margins, bookings, and operational metrics. Support Worldwide Sales & Services and collaborate with Sales, Consulting, HR, Finance, and Operations to improve business performance.
