Support design and programming of extrusion tooling, create and convert CAD drawings, program wire EDM with Mastercam, assist prototype-to-production transitions, troubleshoot and optimize tooling, maintain ISO-compliant documentation, and collaborate with Machine Shop and Production to improve process efficiency and product quality.

Perform secondary manufacturing tasks to support on-time customer delivery, including loading/unloading ovens, removing mandrels, cutting and marking product, screening for surface, straightness and lumen integrity, maintaining a clean workspace, and following manager-assigned tasks. Work is checked by another individual and requires safe operation around equipment.

Support sales by preparing quotations, coordinating orders, managing customer communication, and maintaining sales logs and KPIs. Develop technical knowledge of medical plastic extrusion, assist with sample handling, data entry, social media content, and cross-train in customer service while working with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.
