Designs, builds, integrates, maintains, and troubleshoots automated manufacturing equipment and control systems. Leads equipment projects from concept through deployment, analyzes production KPIs, implements process improvements, and supports root cause analysis and validation. Uses SolidWorks, PLCs, HMIs, motors, robotics, vision systems, and industrial networking. Maintains technical records, manages repair parts, mentors technicians, and ensures compliance with safety standards, OSHA, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001.

Support design and programming of extrusion tooling, create and convert CAD drawings, program wire EDM with Mastercam, assist prototype-to-production transitions, troubleshoot and optimize tooling, maintain ISO-compliant documentation, and collaborate with Machine Shop and Production to improve process efficiency and product quality.

Support sales by preparing quotations, coordinating orders, managing customer communication, and maintaining sales logs and KPIs. Develop technical knowledge of medical plastic extrusion, assist with sample handling, data entry, social media content, and cross-train in customer service while working with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.
