Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts; process and manage orders from receipt through shipment; verify pricing/specs; coordinate with internal teams; provide status updates, resolve issues, maintain records, and support continuous improvement.

Support CNC manufacturing by developing routing instructions, improving tooling/processes and productivity, troubleshooting machining problems, programming and setting up CNC machines, planning facility and workflow layouts, performing time studies, and training operators to improve part quality and efficiency.

Sell precision-machined components across North America using consultative, Sandler-style methodology. Maintain and forecast a 6–18 month pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with engineering and finance on proposals and pricing, execute account plans, manage regional travel and outside reps, and represent the company at trade shows. Focus verticals include medical patient-handling, factory automation, hydraulics, marine/aerospace/defense, and data center liquid cooling.
