Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for IoT hardware, including forecasting, procurement, supplier and contract manufacturer management, BOM cost optimization, inventory control, quality receiving, configuration, logistics, audits, returns, and spare stock. Implement ERP and automation systems, improve workflow visibility, document scalable processes, and track operational KPIs. The role requires hands-on execution, technical literacy, negotiation skills, and collaboration across sales, operations, engineering, warehouses, manufacturers, and vendors.

Design, build, operate, and improve backend systems, APIs, integrations, payment and fraud workflows, device management, real-time services, and internal tools. Own systems through deployment and production support while collaborating across product, frontend, and smart store teams. Focus on reliability, maintainability, secure software, and incremental architectural improvements in a full-stack environment with a strong backend emphasis.

Build and own frontend product experiences across web, React Native POS, mobile apps, customer touchpoints, and internal tools. Collaborate with product and backend engineers to create intuitive workflows, integrate APIs, manage complex state, and improve frontend architecture, performance, and maintainability. Develop real-time, data-rich interfaces, debug production issues, test thoroughly, and make pragmatic decisions that balance usability, quality, and long-term scalability.
