Perform molecular and microbiology testing on core and ortho clinical samples, including DNA/RNA extraction, qPCR/rtPCR, and BioFire GI panels. Maintain instruments, document QA/QC, report results, aliquot reagents, assist test validation, and track specimen acceptability and positivity rates.

Process and follow up on insurance denials and claims, contact patients and payors to obtain information, document actions, resolve underpayments/denials, prepare correspondence, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of account information.
