Lead Fellows will execute door-to-door canvassing, train and shadow Fellows, ensure data integrity in MiniVAN, support onboarding and daily operations, collect outreach media, and help transition new leaders. Role requires in-person field work, leadership on team culture, and participation in ongoing organizer training through Nov 6, 2026.

Manage a team of canvassing fellows to execute a large electoral outreach program: recruit and retain fellows, run daily canvasses, ensure data integrity with VAN/MiniVAN, develop training, coordinate with data team, manage equipment inventory, collect multimedia, and transition leaders into permanent organizer roles. Emphasis on leadership development and community organizing grounded in racial, gender, and economic justice.
