Temporary 5-month surge role managing post-election certification and canvass operations across six Michigan counties. Build observer and mobilization systems pre-election, monitor county and state canvass processes, coordinate observers and counting-center logistics, activate rapid-response community presence, run public education sessions, and document coverage and transition materials for future cycles.

Lead and execute door-to-door electoral canvass operations, mentor and shadow Fellows, ensure data integrity in MiniVAN, support launches/onboarding, provide feedback and team leadership, collect outreach media, and participate in ongoing organizer trainings to mobilize voters for the 2026 election cycle.

Lead Fellows will execute door-to-door canvassing, train and shadow Fellows, ensure data integrity in MiniVAN, support onboarding and daily operations, collect outreach media, and help transition new leaders.
