Student volunteers provide emergency medical services for physical and mental health emergencies on the McMaster campus. Responders complete 4–5 day or night shifts monthly, attend ongoing training and certification weekends, follow EFRT protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, represent EFRT professionally, and respond to calls as needed. Applicants must hold valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification, lift approximately 40 pounds, and be able or willing to learn bicycle riding.

Provides confidential, non-clinical peer support to McMaster students, including listening, validation, resource referrals, policy navigation, and accompaniment to appointments. Volunteers help maintain an anti-ableist and accessible space, facilitate workshops and events, promote Maccess services, preserve privacy, attend training, and contribute feedback while completing scheduled in-centre and out-of-centre support hours.

Support HR Director in onboarding, training, and organizational development. Design and deliver learning programs, maintain training records and budget, assist employee relations, hiring, policy updates, and provide HR support to staff, volunteers, committees and Board as needed.
