Provides hardware, software, peripheral, workstation, printer, and helpdesk support for enterprise desktop systems. Installs and troubleshoots equipment and applications, manages user access, inventories, monitoring, documentation, and ITIL processes. Supports audio/video technology for events, participates in disaster recovery planning and testing, and performs on-call duties including after-hours and weekend support.

Provides personalized financial solutions to credit union members and prospective members at a retail in-store branch. Responsibilities include delivering excellent service, building relationships, assisting with loan and savings decisions, recommending appropriate accounts and products, promoting membership benefits, and following through on member commitments. The role requires strong communication, customer service, financial sales capability, teamwork, product knowledge, and schedule flexibility across in-store locations.
