Supports business intelligence reporting and data needs using Power BI, SQL Server, SSAS, DAX, T-SQL, ETL processes, and JD Edwards data. Prepares reports, dashboards, extracts, and analytics; maintains existing BI solutions; handles support tickets; troubleshoots routine data and ERP issues; validates and translates ERP data; and escalates complex architecture, integration, security, and performance issues.

Leads global indirect procurement strategy and execution, including category planning, sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract development, supplier relationship management, risk and performance oversight, and cost optimization. Ensures compliant use of procurement channels and processes, monitors operational metrics, resolves purchasing issues, supports supplier audits, and guides site-based procurement resources across global operations.

Manage domestic and international customer orders from entry through shipment, including transportation scheduling, shipping documentation, compliance coordination, shipment tracking, and issue resolution. Provide customer service, answer inquiries, coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Shipping, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, and proactively address order needs to maintain customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
