Generate and manage a sales pipeline for managed IT services, cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, HaaS, and PaaS solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting through cold calls, email, social media, networking, and referrals; following up on inbound and qualified leads; conducting discovery and proposal meetings; managing multiple opportunities; meeting sales targets; and documenting activities in the CRM. The role requires consultative selling, technical acumen, strong communication, and experience selling technical services, preferably to SMB customers.

Maintains financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger reconciliations, invoicing, payroll support, collections, budgeting, sales tax filings, inventory records, and financial reporting. Uses QuickBooks with ConnectWise to manage customer agreements, billing, account information, and journal entries. Also performs credit checks, recordkeeping, supplier payments, and administrative customer-service duties while ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.
