Performs finite element analysis to define tire mold shapes, evaluate tire performance, assess design scenarios, and support tire development projects. Presents simulation results, contributes to design decisions, documents analysis methods, mentors analysts, and helps develop simulation tools. Requires mechanical or automobile engineering education, fundamental FEA knowledge, strength-of-materials knowledge, and familiarity with Python, VBA, shell scripting, or Power Platform tools.

Design and develop green tire models that meet product, industrial, cost, quality, and timing requirements. Support industrialization and production implementation, analyze and resolve design and manufacturing issues, apply structured problem-solving and continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use CAD tools for modeling and documentation.

Supports the B2B Development Vice President and management team with administrative operations, personnel administration, meetings, events, travel coordination, purchasing, invoices, budget monitoring, communications, visitor support, and document management. Maintains confidentiality, prioritizes multiple requests, manages schedules, and provides onsite assistance to team members.
