Design and develop 3D CAD tread and sidewall geometries, parametric master models, and tire product designs. Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, quality, and industrialization teams to address performance and production challenges. Create documentation and training materials, support continuous improvement, develop digital tools, manage technical risks, and mentor team members. Successful completion of Michelin Design School training and certification is required.

Lead production planning, inventory control, and material flow management to meet customer service targets. Align production plans with inventory strategies and S&OP objectives while balancing service, cost, capacity, and operational performance. Manage and develop planning teams, coordinate with regional planning organizations, oversee forecasting and master production scheduling, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement across planning processes and tools.

Supports Michelin India’s public affairs strategy by monitoring policies, regulations, political developments, and business risks; preparing government and industry representations; engaging with government entities and associations; coordinating across internal functions; articulating company positions; and providing intelligence and risk-mitigation insights to stakeholders and leadership.
