Lead front-end and service operations to drive sales, customer experience, and KPI achievement. Coach and develop team members, provide manager-on-duty coverage, oversee POS/self-checkout, BOPIS, party and in-store programs, loyalty enrollment, protection-plan adoption, and asset protection. Support specialty areas like Knit & Sew, Cut Bar, and Custom Framing.

Provide custom framing and retail customer service: create and complete framing orders, operate framing equipment and cash register, maintain merchandising and ready-made frame dept., assist with truck unloading/stocking, follow SOPs, and support safety and shrink programs.

Lead and coach store sales teams to drive sales and customer experience, enforce SOPs and brand standards, manage front-end/service operations (POS, self-checkout, BOPIS), oversee in-store programs (balloons, parties, Knit & Sew/Cut Bar, custom framing), provide MOD coverage, train and develop team members, and maintain asset protection and operational excellence.
