Lead store selling culture and front-end/service operations to drive sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction. Coach team, provide MOD coverage, manage POS/self-checkout and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day), oversee in-store programs (balloons, parties, Cut Bar, custom framing), promote loyalty and protection plans, and support asset protection and operational compliance.

Creates custom framing solutions, builds customer relationships, assists shoppers, completes framing orders accurately and on time, maintains merchandise displays and inventory, operates the cash register, supports stocking and omnichannel processes, and follows safety, shrink, and company procedures. The role requires standing, lifting, bending, ladder use, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Leads and coaches the custom framing team, drives framing sales and KPIs, manages production workload, inventory, safety, shrink, customer service, and store procedures. Supports hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, truck unloading, stocking, omnichannel processes, and Manager on Duty responsibilities in a retail store environment.
