Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver custom framing solutions, drive sales, manage production workload, enforce SOPs and safety, handle inventory and onboarding, serve as Manager on Duty, and support omni-channel processes.

Manage front-end store operations and deliver a customer-centric shopping experience. Lead omnichannel processes, train and coach front-line team members, execute shrink/safety programs, assist with cash reconciliation, inventory (RTV/ASN), truck unloading/stocking, and custom framing production. Serve as Manager on Duty and ensure SOP and company policy compliance while supporting events and talent development.

Provide friendly customer service and custom framing solutions, complete framing orders accurately and on time, maintain merchandising and stock, operate framing equipment and cash register, assist with truck unloads and Omni-channel processes, and follow SOPs and safety programs.
