Lead local HR operations and partner with site leadership to deliver compliant, people-focused HR services. Manage employee relations, performance cycles, Works Council consultations, recruitment support, HR administration, payroll validation, and a small HR team while aligning local practices with Dutch law and global HR frameworks.

Configure, test, and support Workday HCM across EMEA, manage business processes, handle reporting and data analysis, troubleshoot system issues, lead requirements gathering and HRIS projects, maintain data integrity and audits, and partner with stakeholders to improve system functionality.

Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings for assigned legal entities; prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and BlackLine reconciliations; ensure US GAAP and local statutory compliance; support statutory audits, tax filings, VAT/Intrastat reporting; manage intercompany accounting; act as SAP contact; drive process improvements, support SOX/internal controls and deliver special projects.
