Manage full-cycle recruitment across corporate and retail roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and high-volume hiring. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define candidate profiles, improve hiring decisions, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Maintain recruitment system data integrity, develop creative sourcing strategies, attract diverse talent, and represent the employer brand across creative, operational, and regional teams.

Configure, test, and support Workday HCM across EMEA, manage business processes, handle reporting and data analysis, troubleshoot system issues, lead requirements gathering and HRIS projects, maintain data integrity and audits, and partner with stakeholders to improve system functionality.
