Advise undergraduate students through individual and group sessions, academic planning, resource referral, and outreach to at-risk students. Teach first-year/transition courses, support orientation and admissions events, participate in advising initiatives and committees, and contribute to projects and cross-training as assigned.

Lead integrated marketing and communications for the College of Education, Health, and Society to drive enrollment and reputation. Develop omni-channel plans, manage content and vendors, execute media relations, oversee digital marketing, serve as liaison to university communications and the dean, and measure progress against enrollment and branding goals.

Lead expansion and support of undergraduate research and publication programs, advise faculty and students, oversee awards and fellowships, coordinate with Honors College, integrate research into courses, track and report research activity, and collaborate with experiential learning staff.
