Designs, implements, operates, and improves shared university AI services. Consults with academic and administrative units, evaluates AI platforms and vendors, prototypes integrations, and moves pilots into sustainable enterprise solutions. The role develops governance guardrails, service processes, business cases, documentation, and adoption metrics while coordinating with security, legal, procurement, architecture, and data governance teams. It also supports AI communities of practice and communicates technical capabilities, limitations, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Build and maintain employer relationships, promote student recruitment, advise employers on recruiting strategies, coordinate employer engagement events, and support career fairs and special projects. The role leads employer relations for assigned career clusters, connects students with employers, tracks recruiting and placement data, produces reports, and collaborates across university divisions. Strong communication, networking, presentation, customer service, and employment-trend knowledge are required.

Provides administrative support for a university nursing department by monitoring daily operations, coordinating workflows, assisting staff, faculty, and students, overseeing staff schedules and performance, resolving operational issues, preparing reports, supporting budgets and payments, and maintaining supply inventory.
