Support MU-LEAD research by conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing qualitative data, and preparing reports and academic-style manuscripts. Assist with study documentation and may contribute to presentations and teaching activities.

Lead development and execution of integrated internal communications and marketing strategies for OHRM and campus stakeholders. Serve as lead writer/editor for OHRM materials, manage web presence and vendors, collaborate with university communicators, and measure communications to support employee engagement, recruitment, and employer branding.
