Responds to high-intent inbound dealership leads, conducts discovery with decision-makers, qualifies fit and timing, books qualified meetings for account executives, builds AI workflows for research and follow-up, tracks conversion performance, and maintains clean CRM records.

Build and maintain scalable Python backend systems, data pipelines, orchestration assets, data models, and reporting foundations. Improve data quality, observability, and reliability while integrating AI/LLM workflows into production data products. Contribute to FastAPI backend systems, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and architecture decisions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor engineers, and lead scalable technical solutions.

Own dealership customer relationships from onboarding through renewals, driving adoption, retention, and expansion revenue. Lead technical onboarding by configuring workflows, call routing, and CRM integrations; troubleshoot telephony and integration issues with engineering; interpret SQL, dashboards, and analytics; deliver training, documentation, and business reviews; support launches and pilots; and proactively resolve risks. The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, dealership workflow expertise, and customer-facing confidence.
