Provide friendly, accurate takeout service: answer phones, take and package orders in the POS, manage third-party deliveries, process payments, assist guests, maintain cleanliness, and support the to-go section to ensure timely, high-quality guest experiences.

Prepare and organize plated food for timely service, verify order accuracy, communicate between kitchen and servers, set up expedition area, prepare garnishes and trays, perform light food prep and side duties, and maintain food safety and guest service standards.

Greet guests and take accurate takeout orders via POS, manage third-party delivery and curbside pickup, package orders to standards, handle payments, maintain clean service areas, and ensure excellent guest service while following food and alcohol safety certifications.
