Requires strong customer service, food and alcohol certifications, basic math and POS proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Provide friendly, accurate takeout service: answer phones, take and package orders in the POS, manage third-party deliveries, process payments, assist guests, maintain cleanliness, and support the to-go section to ensure timely, high-quality guest experiences.

Prepare and organize plated food for timely service, verify order accuracy, communicate between kitchen and servers, set up expedition area, prepare garnishes and trays, perform light food prep and side duties, and maintain food safety and guest service standards.
