The role requires strong marketing expertise, communication, problem-solving, and occasional travel for client meetings, presentations, or production shoots.

Supports client relationships and marketing program execution by coordinating communications, campaigns, timelines, deliverables, budgets, proposals, and contracts. Acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, helps resolve project challenges, monitors performance goals, and contributes to digital and media marketing initiatives. The role includes mentorship, professional development, responsible use of AI tools, and occasional client travel in a hybrid office environment.

Develop and oversee integrated performance strategies connecting client goals with media, digital media, marketing technology, and creative teams. Monitor ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV, and related metrics; translate insights into testable creative concepts and execution priorities; advise clients and support pitches. The role requires strategic communication, cross-functional direction without formal management, and occasional client or production travel.
