Lead the architecture and development of MHC’s data platform, including ingestion, modeling, governance, pipelines, and feature stores. Build production AI and LLM capabilities such as document understanding, RAG, embeddings, evaluation, and intelligent product features. Manage and mentor a small data and AI engineering team, establish technical standards, define roadmaps, and partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Manage a portfolio of B2B payments customers from onboarding through ongoing adoption and optimization. Build stakeholder relationships, lead vendor enrollment campaigns, increase electronic payment usage and program spend, and identify expansion opportunities. Serve as a strategic advisor, track customer health and revenue metrics, provide reporting, resolve issues, and coordinate with internal teams and Bottomline to deliver strong customer outcomes, retention, and growth.
