The Senior Insurance Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for various insurance roles, identify top talent, and collaborate with leadership on hiring strategies.

Serve as MGT's primary underwriting authority for small commercial P&C: define appetite and guidelines, interpret coverage, lead portfolio quality and loss analytics, partner on product/pricing and reinsurance, author AI underwriting agent prompts, and mentor underwriting staff to ensure consistent, high-quality judgment across lines.

The Principal Agentic Engineer will design and develop AI systems for insurance workflows, focusing on automation, compliance, and advanced reasoning capabilities.
