Teams at MGM Resorts International

Facilitates gallery admission and membership sales, art retail transactions, guided exhibition tours, visitor orientation, guest service, cash reconciliation, ticket office operations, mailing-list collection, and phone or third-party ticket sales. The role also enforces gallery rules, supports school groups, assists with service recovery, and contributes to membership and revenue goals.

Provides administrative support to the MGM Grand Conventions & Banquets Chef Team. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and directing calls, managing email correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, preparing reports, maintaining office equipment, coordinating repairs, collaborating with departments, and preparing purchase orders.
